Shea Eason

My name is Shea Eason, and I am a Business major at Texas Lutheran University, where I also compete on the men’s golf team. I’m originally from Round Rock and played all four years on the Round Rock High School golf team.

I have been involved with the Southern Texas PGA Junior Golf program since I was 11 years old, beginning in Little Linksters and eventually advancing to compete on the Prestige Tour—an experience that became one of the highlights of my junior golf career. Golf has had a major impact on my life by teaching me discipline, patience, perseverance, and the value of hard work.

In addition to competing, I’ve gained experience working in the golf industry at Avery Ranch Golf Club and Golfinity, where I’ve enjoyed helping others learn and enjoy the game. My long-term goal is to build a career in sports marketing and contribute to the growth of golf by helping make the game more inclusive, accessible, and engaging for future generations.
